Hakan operates its own manufacturing facility, allowing our team to control the transition from drawing to finished component. Computer-controlled production, precision edge processing and experienced fabrication come together under one roof — giving us greater control over quality, consistency and execution.

Inside
the shop
CNC machining
Panels, components and joinery are cut by computer-controlled machines directly from our engineering files — accurate to the drawing and repeatable from the first part to the last.
Edgebanding
Precision edge processing gives every exposed edge a clean, consistent and durable finish.
Veneer layout
Veneers are laid out and sequenced across doors and panels so the grain flows through a room — including bookmatched faces.
Part labeling
Every component is labeled and tracked from production to installation, so the right part reaches the right place on site.
Machining
Hardware bores, concealed mechanisms, pocket systems and one-off details are machined in-house before assembly.
Assembly
Cabinetry and assemblies are built, checked and prepared for installation by our fabrication team.
